Gallo Pinto is one of Costa Rica’s most traditional dishes it consist of a mix of rice and beans with spices onions and bell pepper cooked in a special way. We add to the gallo pinto fresh cheese and 2 eggs whole or scramble, toast, coffee and orange juice.

The BBQ includes: meet “asada”, chicken, ribs, sweet corn, potato, German sausage, Costa Rica’n sausage, Argentinean sausage, tomato and onion salsa, tortillas and hot peppers.
